Terms of use
Last updated 16 August 2026
These terms apply to this website and to the private staff console Muhimma operates at messaging-console.primary.muhimma.app.
The console is private
Access is by an account issued by a Muhimma administrator or by an administrator of a client workspace. There is no public registration. If you do not have an account, you are not expected to sign in, and nobody from Muhimma will ever ask you to.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself and do not share your account.
- Use the console only for the work of the organisation that issued your account.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has your credentials.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to:
- send unsolicited messages to people who have not opted in;
- send unlawful, deceptive, threatening or misleading content;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
Messaging through our platform is also subject to the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and to Meta’s terms. Breaching those can result in the number or account being restricted by Meta, which is outside our control.
Messages you receive from us
We message people who have opted in, or who are taking part in a study they agreed to join. You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP. How we handle the information in those conversations is set out in our privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
